Additional Assignments for 8th Grade Language Arts:
There are choices that you can make from the following list that will give you points to bring up your grade in Language Arts. The points are determined by how much effort and writing you put into your work. Each choice needs to be pre-approved by Mrs. Thornton and can not already have been posted to this worksite. All writing should be at least 2 pages typed following the typing rules in the class syllabus.
*Write a review for a video game that describes your experience with it.
*Write a book review for a book.
*Write how a book had an impact on your life and why.
All Extra Credit needs to be turned in 2 weeks prior to the marking period that we are in, for it to be applied to the grade. Questions please see Mrs. Thornton
